The Biolux range of microscopes are ideal entry-level devices when it comes to amateur microscopy for school work and higher studies.
High-quality microscope with Barlow lens system and PC eyepiece. Equipped with a Barlow lens which increases the microscope’s magnification up to 2x, a PC eyepiece with a 640x480 pixel resolution, image editing software, USB connection cable, 2 wide-field eyepieces.
The Biolux NV is an ideal entry-level device for amateur microscopy at school and higher education levels. Its Barlow lens system is unique and allows the magnification to be freely adjusted. The Biolux is equipped with LED lighting which can be adjusted to preset levels or switched off completely using the built-in dimmer. The e-microscope head can be rotated by 360 degrees, thus offering comfortable viewing.
Additional entry-level accessories, such as 5 long-lasting preparations, 5 slides and a dust cap, are also available.
Software compatible with: XP, Vista, Win7 and Win8. Note: No MAC drivers.

The Barlow lens comes pre-installed on the focuser. It can be easily unscrewed to remove it.

For Win 8/10 please go to the download section and download the driver Omegon Microstar Camera Setup. Use this instead of the original drivers supplied in the CD-ROM.
