The remote-controlled Levenhuk DTX RC1 is a modern optical digital instrument which is invaluable when working with jewellery, clock mechanisms, electronic switches and other small and complex objects. Thanks to its wireless remote control, the microscope’s main features can also be operated remotely.
Colour LCD screen, high resolution photos and videos
This instrument is fitted with an LCD screen instead of a classic eyepiece. The microscope takes the image collected by the lens and shows it in real time. The image can also be sent to a computer screen if desired. For this, simply connect the microscope to a computer using the supplied USB cable. When studying your samples, you can turn to optical or digital magnification.
The microscope can also capture high resolution images and videos in full HD quality (additional memory card required).
Light source on flexible bracket
The lighting is anything but standard. Multiple LEDs are found in the lens itself – a tried and tested procedure for illuminating samples in reflected light. Additionally, there are two LED spotlights on flexible brackets which can be twisted in any desired direction. This means you can direct the light to the exact point you want. The lighting can be adjusted in brightness.
Photos and videos can be captured using a wireless remote control
All control elements are found on the LCD screen, some control elements are also found on the remote control. Using the wireless remote control, you can set the magnification and capture photos and videos. This makes it much easier to take high quality photos and videos as simply touching the microscope gently can produce shake in the image.
