The SteadyPix Pro - an inexpensive way to get into astrophotography!
If you own a telescope and a small, simple compact camera, or a smart phone, then you only need the Orion SteadyPix Pro for getting your first taste of astrophotography. This, very simple to use, bracket is safely attached to your camera or smart phone and then securely connected to your telescope. No more camera-shake from having to hold the camera at the telescope eyepiece manually. The bracket also ensures the distance to the eyepiece is correct - so you get sharp, perfectly framed images, or even videos. The mount has three adjustments - horizontal, vertical, and camera distance. The SteadyPix Pro can not only be attached to telescopes, but also to binoculars, monoculars or finder scopes - so you can also shoot terrestrial photos.
The smart phone holder, also included, can take phones of up to 80mm in width, regardless of length.
