AC 80/900 telescope - this high-quality refractor is an excellent beginner's telescope. With an aperture ratio of f/11, it delivers crisp images of the Moon and planets. But the 80 millimetres of aperture also means that the brighter deep sky objects are visible - such as the Orion Nebula or globular clusters.
As the height the eyepiece is used at is quite low with refractor telescopes, they are particularly suitable for children - a telescope for the entire family!
The AZ-1 Mount: This mount is very popular with beginners in astronomy as it is very simple to operate. The entire telescope is very easy to move around in both azimuth and elevation. For beginners, it has the advantage that they do not have to worry about first aligning the telescope before use.
