Telrad heating from Astrozap always ensures a clear view
Anyone who uses a Telrad finder on their telescope knows the problem - a fogged-up projection screen. The Telrad circles are projected onto this screen so this element is extremely important for finding the objects in the sky.
The Astrozap Telrad heater keeps the screen permanently free of fogging. The 'horseshoe' is positioned directly under the Telrad glass screen. The heater warms this slightly and keeps the temperature just above the dew point - just enough so that the screen does not fog-up.
The Telrad heater can be connected to the optional Astrozap control via a 180cm long cable.
